Privacy Policy
What our games and this website collect, why, and how to control it — in plain words.
Anonymous by default
Cubix measures how it is played without an install number or any profile.
You choose the rest
Extra statistics are off until you accept, and declining is as easy as accepting.

Who is responsible
The controller of the data described here is Nukito Games. To ask anything about your data, write to contact@nukitogames.com.
This page covers all games by Nukito Games and this website. Each game has its own section below.

Cubix (mobile game)
What stays on your phone
Your progress, settings, coins and statistics are stored on your phone. Cubix has no accounts, no names and no e-mail addresses, and it works offline.
Usage statistics
To fix bugs and balance the difficulty, Cubix sends usage statistics in small batches. There are two levels, like the cookies of a website:
- Essential (always on, anonymous). The batch carries no install number and no player profile. It contains: the app version and chosen language; the phone model, Android/iOS version and region (country only); sessions and their length; modes and levels played, with times, mistakes and hints; ads watched by mode; purchases made with in-game coins; unexpected closes; and smoothness (frame rate). Nothing in it distinguishes one player from another.
- Full (optional, off until you accept). Adds a random install number (created on your phone, not derived from anything on the device), a snapshot of your settings and progress (help level, levels solved, coins, daily streak, sound, music, vibration, colour-blind mode, reduced motion, skin and board) and more device data (screen resolution and density, memory rounded to 512 MB, graphics chip, full language and region). It lets us measure how many players come back and how the game adapts over time.
Cubix never sends your name, e-mail, account, serial number, advertising identifier, location, network or carrier, list of apps or any free text.
Nothing is sent before you see the notice and choose. “Accept all” and “Essential only” are equally easy to pick. You can change your choice any time in Settings → Privacy and statistics. Turning the full level off deletes the install number from the phone; turning it on again creates a new, unlinked one. “Reset progress” also deletes it.
Where the statistics are stored and for how long
Statistics are stored in a Supabase database hosted in Ireland (AWS eu-west-1, European Economic Area). Supabase may keep technical logs of requests, including IP addresses, as part of its platform; we do not link those logs to the statistics. Data older than 12 months is deleted automatically. The server adds the date when it receives a batch; the game sends no timestamps.
Legal basis: for the essential statistics, our legitimate interest in keeping the game working and fair (they are anonymous); for the full statistics, your consent.
Ads (Google AdMob)
Cubix shows ads served by Google AdMob. Google’s SDK may use your device’s advertising identifier and device data to show and measure ads, according to the consent you give in Google’s consent form, which appears where the law requires it (for example in the EU/EEA, UK and Switzerland). On iOS you will also see Apple’s tracking permission prompt. You can reopen the consent form in Settings → Privacy and statistics → Ad options, and manage the advertising identifier in your phone’s settings. Cubix itself does not receive that data. See how Google uses data from ads. Ads are limited to “PG” content.
In-game “purchases”
Purchases in Cubix are made with coins earned in the game. There is no payment data of any kind.
Your rights
You can ask for access to, correction of, deletion of or a copy of your data, object to its use, or withdraw your consent at any time. Because essential statistics are anonymous, we cannot identify which rows are yours; for the full level, tell us your install number (shown in Settings → Privacy and statistics while the full level is on) and we will find and delete the data linked to it. Write to contact@nukitogames.com. You also have the right to complain to your data protection authority (in Spain, the AEPD).
Children
Our games are not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect data from them. If you believe a child has sent us data, write to us and we will delete it.
Changes
If we change this policy we will update the date above, and the game will ask for your choice again when the change affects what is collected.
